1920s Hunter's Pudding Recipe

Here's a recipe for Hunter's Pudding from 1922

One cup chopped suet
One cup molasses
One cup stoned raisins
One cup milk
Three cups flour
One level tsp. baking soda

Mix together and steam for 3 or 4 hours
Serve with foam or hard sauce
