Hashbrown Casserole Recipe

I don't make this very often, because we'll eat the whole thing! It is excellent ~ calories and fat ~ ugh!!

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 cups sour cream
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Spread potatoes evenly over 9"X12" baking dish.
Melt butter and saute onions
Add Cheez Whiz to butter and onions and melt
Add sour cream to Cheeze Whiz, butter and onions ~ mix
Pour over potatoes
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered
