Shepherd's Pie Recipe

Here's a recipe for Shepherd's Pie that I use quite a bit. There are many variations of this recipe out there, but this is the version that I prefer.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey (or ground beef if you prefer)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can green beans (drained)
Mashed Potatoes

Peel and boil 3 or 4 potatoes to prepere for mashed potatoes - mash and add butter and milk

Brown ground turkey and drain
Place ground turkey in bottom of 9X13 baking dish
Layer with can of corn - drained
Layer with can of green beans - drained
Top with mashed potatoes - like you're frosting a cake

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown on the peaks
