Spinich Dip Recipe ~ tastes like Ruby Tuesdays

This spinich dip recipe is always a favorite at gatherings for family and friends ~ very easy to make and tastes great!

1 package frozen, chopped spinich (thawed and drained)
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1/3 cup mayonaise
1/2 package Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Thaw and drain frozen spinich
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients into a glass casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

That's it! Serve with tortilla chips and/or crackers ~ enjoy!
